Registration rates Standard rates
 Before September 7, 2007: 330 € After September 7, 2007: 400 €Reduced rate for PhD and MD students: 250 € If you are eligible for student reduction, you will need to fax a signed statement by your supervisor confirming that you are a PhD or MD student. More precise instructions will be given during online registration. Payment methods Bank Transfer
After online registration, you will receive a confirmation by E-mail containing detailed payment information. This will include a (personal) reference. Money arrives at a central K.U.Leuven account, and this reference links it to the conference account, and to your registration. Hence, it is imperative that you correctly include this reference in your payment, or your money will not arrive at our account, and will be impossible to track. VISA or MasterCard At the end of the online registration process, you will be asked to fax your credit card details (precise instructions are given during online registration). We will use this information to charge your credit card using a secure terminal. At no time during this process will we store your credit card information locally in electronic form. After having charged your credit card, your fax will be destroyed. Proceed to the online registration form |
