 Before July 31, 2009: 360 € After July 31, 2009: 450 €Reduced rate for PhD and MD students: 250 € If you are eligible for student reduction, you will need to fax a signed statement by your supervisor confirming that you are a PhD or MD student. More precise instructions will be given during online registration. Payment method: bank transfer After online
registration, you will receive a confirmation by E-mail
containing detailed payment information. This will include a
(personal) reference. Money arrives at a central DIA account, and
this reference links it to the conference account, and to your
registration. Hence, it is imperative that you correctly include
this reference in your payment, or your money will not arrive at
our account, and will be impossible to track.
